WOW Recruitment is on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious SDR eager to step into a role with a clear progression path toward becoming an Account Executive in Enterprise Sales. Based in Macquarie Park, this role offers a hybrid working model with two days a week working from home.

The opportunity

This SDR role is designed as a direct springboard into the Enterprise Account Executive team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads through multiple channels, qualifying prospects, and setting high-quality meetings for the AE team.

🔧 The role:

• Hunt and win new B2B customers; maintain an active, organised pipeline (CRM).
• Reach out to prospects through cold calls, personalised emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on key criteria like budget, need, and timing.
• Book meetings and product demos for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Track activity including calls, emails, meetings set, and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with new tech and work toward relevant certifications.

🎯 About you:

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR in Tech, IT, or a similar industry
• Self-driven and able to manage your own activity
• A hunter mindset with strong career goals
• Familiar with selling IT services, hardware, or software
• Confident using CRMs, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to qualify leads
• Committed to learning and developing through training and events
