Hanshow is a global leader in electronic shelf labels (ESL) and digital retail solutions, serving major retailers worldwide. Hanshow Australia partners with leading retailers across the Australian and New Zealand markets. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking talented, driven individuals to join us as Channel & Key Account Sales Manager, focusing on developing and managing our local sales channels and key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and achieve sales targets through effective key account management and channel development across Australia.

Manage and grow relationships with existing key retail accounts, partners, franchisees, and store networks.

Develop tailored sales strategies to expand business with major retail clients and through channel partners.

Manage and optimize the entire sales process in line with Hanshow’s global standards.

Coordinate outsourced telesales to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer headquarters, state business managers, and sales partners.

Recruit, manage, and support local sales partners and resellers (e.g., POS system vendors).

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement regional go-to-market strategies.

Monitor key account and channel performance and take corrective action to ensure sales objectives are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, channel development, or IT/retail technology solutions.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and channel partnerships simultaneously.

Familiarity with the Australian retail market, large retail groups, and sales channel structures is preferred.
