About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales to join our sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the sales manager, deliver exceptional customer service.
Working together with the Sales Manager on commercial projects.
$75,000 -$85,000 Full Time + Super

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exemplary customer service to our existing and potential clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and personalised attention.
Internal Sales: Assist the sales Manager with tenders and product enquiries, ensuring seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
Product Expertise: Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of our products to effectively assist clients and support the Sales Manager.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and builders, understanding their unique needs and project requirements.

Educational Background: Ability to read construction plans.
Passion for Design: Keen eye for detail and a passion for design and architectural products.
Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
