Position: Sales/Office Assistant

📍 Location: Moorabbin, VIC

🕒 Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re seeking a Sales/Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to quality and service.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups

• Supporting the sales team and liaising with our warehouse and logistics teams

• Maintaining accurate records and handling general office duties

• Helping manage inventory and coordinating deliveries

What You’ll Bring:

• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
