We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to keep our sales processes sharp, efficient, and ready to scale.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage sales opportunities, scheduling next steps and tracking progress

Create and maintain quotes, proposals, and agreement documentation

Prepare reports and materials for Business Technology Reviews

Maintain stock levels and oversee procurement workflows

Work closely with vendors and distributors to get the best deals

Ensure accurate billing and agreement reconciliations

What we’re looking for:

Strong admin and coordination experience in a sales or ops team

Experience with CRMs, quoting tools, or PSA platforms (e.g. Autotask)

High attention to detail and a knack for process improvement

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work proactively

Familiarity with IT or MSP environments (a plus, not a must)
