Housed in a converted warehouse, our Collingwood Beer Hall is all about big communal tables, high ceilings, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. THE GIG

As a Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. You’ll handle key administrative tasks, assist our sales reps, and ensure our customers have the best experience possible. Your role will be vital in keeping our sales operations running smoothly and our beer flowing to the people who love it!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Experience with sales support, order management, or customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with warehousing software and CRM systems (Unleashed, Repsly, Board) is beneficial
• A love for great beer and a passion for building strong customer relationships!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upload and manage pending orders, ensuring accuracy and correct allocation
• Assist sales reps with queries related to stock, customers, and orders
• Manage special requirement orders and onboard new customers
• Maintain product pricing and update databases
• Process and coordinate large volume orders
• Oversee customer database management and assist with reporting
• Support the Head of Sales with ad hoc administrative duties
