Genuine Project Management Experience – Lead projects across all stages, from feasibility to site delivery. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing budgets, programs and consultant teams, not just drawings and deadlines.

Project Diversity – Work on everything from RSL clubs, high-end restaurants, gaming rooms and community centered hotels to national rollouts and commercial fitouts. Project values range from $2M–$10M, with full traditional contracts and real design input throughout.

What You'll Be Doing
– Lead projects across all stages: design, documentation, and delivery
– Engage directly with clients, builders, and consultants
– Prepare working drawings, manage compliance, and coordinate on site
– Run tenders, contract administration, and Quality Assurance
– Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive studio culture

What We’re Looking For
– Registered Architect (minimum 2 years post-registration)
– Ideally experience in commercial, hospitality, or retail sectors
– Revit proficiency (essential)
– Confident communicator and hands-on project lead
– Passionate about delivering built work, not just concepts
