This boutique studio has a focus on large-scale, high-end multi-residential/mixed-use projects. Situated in a prime location in the stunning Gold Coast, the practice offers a winning combination of design experience and energy - underpinned by outstanding leadership and a strong project pipeline. An opportunity has arisen for a capable Architect/Technician to join the small team and work alongside the Directors, to be responsible for setting up all the Revit documentation and contribute to the templates and standards for the company and aid in delivery of high-end, unconventional buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Set up all Revit templates and standards for the studio

Provide inhouse training and mentorship with Revit upskilling

Drive the delivery of architectural documentation packages through design development, tender and construction phases

Skills & Experience

Operating at a senior documentation delivery level

Experience in documentation and coordination of large scale multi-residential projects

High level of proficiency in Revit with a good BIM understanding

Solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA's

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
