Arkhefield is growing. We have a strong pipeline of projects underpinned by the delivery of much needed housing and public realm driven mixed use. Our practice is design driven and technically proficient. We are seeking Registered Architects and experienced Graduates of Architecture who want to work collaboratively in a considerate, inclusive team.

Our workflow is supported Revit software platform, so proficiency is critical for success in this role

What You’ll Do:

Work closely with a Practice Director to support the delivery of architectural projects, coordinating across all stages from design to completion

Support the integration of the design model, ensuring efficient coordination between Arkhefield and consultants

Prepare architectural documentation and specifications, ensuring alignment with design intent and project requirements

Collaborate with consultants and the Arkhefield team to develop innovative, sustainable solutions that address complex challenges

Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, continuous improvement, and efficient project delivery that maintains design excellence

What You’ll Bring:

5-10 years post registration local experience, with a track record of successful projects in residential, commercial, and/ or mixed-use sectors

A high level of proficiency in Revit including the coordination of documentation and deep technical knowledge of how buildings come together

Collaboration with consultant teams to build and deliver integrated models and outcomes

Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve outcomes

Communication skills and an ability to engage stakeholders effectively

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on delivering excellence
