The Opportunity
This is the perfect role for someone early in their construction career who’s looking to fast-track their learning and grow into a fully-fledged Project Manager. This is your chance to skip the long-winded ladder climb, supported by a business that will back your potential – not just your title.

You’ll be working directly with the company Director, learning how to run jobs end-to-end in a supportive, hands-on environment. Whether you're currently a Cadet, Junior CA, Site person, or Graduate with a few years under your belt – if you’re switched on, energetic, and keen to step up, we want to hear from you.

This privately-owned builder specialises in internal fit outs and refurbishments, particularly within the amenities space. They’ve carved out a strong reputation for delivering high-quality upgrades in commercial and institutional settings. With a tight-knit team and a solid pipeline of work, they offer a supportive environment where your growth is the focus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning the ropes of project delivery across commercial refurb and fit out jobs
• Working between the Wynnum office and local project sites
• Managing subcontractors, budgets, timelines, and client relationships
• Supporting tendering, procurement, programming, and cost control
• Building the confidence and capability to manage projects independently

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry (including cadetships)
• Background in fit out, refurb, or general commercial construction
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a PM role
