Carpet Call, Australia's largest flooring retailer and household name, has a great opportunity in our head office located at Loganlea on Brisbane's South-side. Due to growth in the industry we are looking to add another member to our thriving team.

The Loganlea office is Carpet Call Australia's leading customer service team, supplying an integrated system and solution for the flooring and blinds market. We are the prominent supplier within the industry built on strong customer relationships.
Your Role:
As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day support of the retail team.
This role includes administrative and sales support functions with the focus being to assist in facilitating the efficient operation of sales and administrative duties. In this role you will undertake a variety of tasks and demonstrate excellent adaptability.
A strong emphasis will be placed on having a positive attitude while completing a variety of tasks with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
What you will be doing...
- Provide administrative support to Sales teams
- Update client and account information into our systems
- Scheduling jobs and confirming inventory requirements
- Processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
- Immediate response to phone calls and emails
- Assist with a monthly stock take
