Casual Team Member – Bookings, Sales & Base Operations

SUB60 is a family-owned courier and logistics company proudly servicing Northern NSW, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane. With over 30 years of experience and a loyal, growing client base, we specialise in fast, reliable on-demand services across the region. We operate Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for a versatile and experienced team member with strong admin background to join our friendly team in a flexible, casual role of up to 20 hours per week. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to balance work and life commitments.

What You’ll Do:

Respond promptly and professionally to client phone calls and emails

Allocate and coordinate 60+ daily delivery jobs to drivers

Accurately enter and manage bookings using our internal system

Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide real-time support to drivers

Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Proactively engage in internal sales, including cold calls and following up with pipeline customers

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in the transport/freight industry (particularly with job allocation and base operations)

Strong attention to detail for administration

Good knowledge of the Gold Coast and Brisbane metro areas

Proven ability to handle internal sales, bookings, and customer enquiries

Confident working with computer systems (training provided)

Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping clients

Must be an Australian Citizen and speak fluent English
