The Opportunity

We are currently seeking multiple Assistant Development Managers as we continue to grow and deliver our land subdivision and built-form development pipeline. These roles will support all project delivery functions within each of the typologies (ie Built-Form and Land) as well as the Acquisition team.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include:

Develop & maintain feasibility models to monitor key return metrics and undertake scenario testing to inform project decision making

Market due diligence and acquisition modelling

Maintain project budgets and cost reporting monthly

Prepare project financial reports for internal and external financial stakeholders

Coordinating consultants and contractors throughout the design, approval and construction phases

Liaising with external authorities and stakeholders

Managing internal project budget and program reporting

Supporting project reporting to investors and financiers

Key Attributes

The ideal candidates for these roles will have:

A clear understanding of their preferred focus ie Built-Form, Land or Acquisitions

Excellent financial and feasibility skills (Estate Master experience)

Degree qualification related to property (eg. planning, valuation, engineering)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in property related roles

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Collaborative and strong team member

Strong proficiency across Word, Excel and Project
