The Opportunity
A Senior Development Manager is sought to join the Sydney Olympic Park office. This is a full-time, on-site role (9am–5:30pm, no work-from-home) reporting directly to the Head of Property. You will be one of two in the development team, taking ownership of major projects from the development application phase through to delivery. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact and help shape a growing project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and prepare DA lodgments, SSD applications, and HDA applications (mainly for class 2 developments)

Engage and manage external consultants and authorities pre- and post-application

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders: construction, sales & marketing, design, council, neighbours, and more

Manage the delivery team to obtain construction certificates (CCs)

Prepare forecasts, feasibility studies, and business plans for current and future projects

Develop and execute strategies for optimal development approval pathways, including budgeting and scheduling

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a private property developer (client-side PM or Development Manager)

Proven track record managing high-density residential projects in NSW

Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Project Management, Development Management, or a related field

Strong commercial acumen and experience preparing feasibility studies

Ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
