You will join an established team of Engineers, Project Managers, Designers and drafters to deliver solutions within exciting projects.

Objectives and Responsibilities

Provide a positive influence to Enspire's culture

Deliver project management outcomes with support from your peers

Support Enspire’s Project Management lead

Undertake additional work-related training and demonstrate a willingness to pursue self-development for career advancement

Genuinely care for Enspire’s clients and their aspirations

Set a strong example for delivering projects with consideration to the safety and well-being of all for the full project life-cycle

Set a strong example to solve problems

Strive to deliver projects to a high quality, within budget and ahead of schedule

The successful candidate will have/be:

Completed, or nearing completion, of a university degree related to the industry

The right to live and work (full-time) in Australia

Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships

Ability to work independently and engage and collaborate with teams

Ability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative

Solve problems and provide solutions that allow the team to deliver high quality services to our clients
