Our client, a highly regarded ASX-listed company in the resources sector, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to take charge of their AP function. This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior role within a financially stable and growth-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small but efficient Accounts Payable team.

Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.

Maintain precise financial records, conduct reconciliations, and provide comprehensive reporting.

Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, promptly resolving payment-related queries.

Support month-end closing activities while driving continuous improvements within the AP function.

Key Experience & Skills:

Essential: A minimum of 4+ years' experience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment.

Expertise in the procure-to-pay cycle.

Pronto experience is a must—you must be confident in using Pronto ERP to manage AP workflows and transactions.

A keen eye for detail with excellent communication and organisational skills.
