Role Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established construction business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and values accuracy.

• Previous experience in accounts payable, ideally within construction or a similar project-based industry
• Proficient in invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Confident using accounting systems and Excel
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Role Responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for managing the full function of accounts payable and supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and matching to POs
• Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with month-end close
• Liaising with internal project teams and external suppliers
• Supporting broader finance tasks and reporting as required
