Description

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and process payment runs in accordance with company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to address queries.
• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Support the wider accounting and finance team as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• A degree/Cert 4 in Accounting or similar.
• Experience with Myob.
• Experience in an Accounts Receivable position highly preferred.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
