This is a dynamic role suited to someone with a solid background in accounts and office administration. You will play an integral part in supporting our finance and operations team with a mix of accounting and general admin duties.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR) – invoicing, payment follow-up, receipting

Accounts Payable (AP) – invoice entry, supplier reconciliation

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Filing and document organisation

Providing administrative support to relevant departments when required

General office duties and ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounts/admin role

Proficiency with MYOB essential

Sound understanding of basic AR/AP processes

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Willingness to support other departments as needed
