About the role

This full-time Marketing and Special Projects Coordinator role at Tattersalls Club offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic marketing initiatives and special projects of this prestigious organisation. Based in the heart of Sydney, you will play a key part in driving the Club's communications, event promotion, and member engagement projects.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Club's offerings and drive membership & member participation

Producing engaging content for the Club's website, social media channels, and member communications

Overseeing the maintenance and development of the CRM

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives and events

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the member experience

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, events, or communications role, preferably within a membership-based organisation or the hospitality industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with members and stakeholders effectively

Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including database management, social media, website content management, and email marketing

A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field would be an advantage
