Strong written and verbal communication abilities

A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and adapt

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites

Previous experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role (experience in flooring, construction, or a trade is a bonus)
