Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator

We're a fast-growing Aussie brand making luxury orthopedic dog beds that actually look good in your home. With our new flagship retail store opening in Cronulla, we’re expanding our in-person team.

We're looking for an Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to join us on the ground — supporting our online store, managing campaigns, planning launches, and working closely with both our founder and retail team.

This is a hands-on, in-person role with big growth potential — ideal for someone who’s ready to step into the engine room of a successful ecommerce brand and grow with it.

What You’ll Do

Report directly to the founder, with the goal of taking over day-to-day ecommerce and marketing tasks

Manage product uploads, collections, and page updates in Shopify

Build and send email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo

Coordinate with our local social media team and assist with marketing planning (1-month lookahead)

Support the coordination and rollout of major sales campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions

Monitor and manage social media inboxes and comments

Be available for behind-the-scenes content, retail shoots, and in-store content capture

Assist in the retail store as needed — especially during launches or peak periods

Attend in-person events such as content creation days, trade shows, and ecommerce events

Support the setup and execution of Meta and Google advertising campaigns — including coordinating content creation, briefing assets, and helping track performance

What You’ll Bring

Min 2–4 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or content coordination

Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar tools)

Strong copy instincts and a good design eye (confident with Canva or Figma)

Comfortable working in-person, Monday to Friday, from our Cronulla store office

Strong understanding of campaign planning and an ability to coordinate across teams and timelines — especially during major sales or product drops

A strong team player who’s collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused

But also — someone who gets stuck in, gets things done, and doesn’t just talk a good game
