✨ About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Social Media, Content Creator & Marketing Specialist who’s confident behind the camera, skilled across digital platforms, and passionate about storytelling that changes lives. You’ll be the lead content creator and strategist across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Newsletters — crafting stories of growth, courage, and positive change as young people learn to drive and navigate their world safely.

This is a unique opportunity to drive our marketing strategy across both Australia and New Zealand, working with a passionate team on a powerful mission. Help us reach-out to our 60,000+ young participants and their parents with engaging and meaningful content.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Lead social media strategy and daily content publishing

Plan, film, and edit scroll-stopping content across platforms

Share real stories from students, schools, and facilitators

Create content that speaks to a wide audience (from corporate partners to our teenaged students)

Run paid ads and campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)

Manage our newsletters and email marketing (EDM)

Track performance metrics and continuously improve

Engage with our online community and support stakeholder events

Travel to schools and events to capture stories in the field

✅ What You’ll Bring

3+ years in content marketing or social media

Portfolio of high-performing content (videos, reels, campaigns)

Strong skills in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite and video editing

Great writing and organisational skills

Confidence with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools & email platforms

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

A "can-do", growth mindset and genuine passion for helping young people

Initiative, loads of new ideas and the ability to work autonomously

Must meet required checks (Working with Children, Police Check etc.)
