About the role:

Sim Planet Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy, driving customer engagement and positioning our products and services for success.

What you'll be doing:

As a Marketing Specialist with Sim Planet, you will be involved in:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence.

Develop local and statewide brand management strategies and share with customers and distributors.

Create engaging and visually appealing promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and online content.

Manage social media platforms to increase audience engagement and drive brand awareness.

Coordinate advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to target relevant audiences.

Evaluate and develop ideas for marketing opportunities and generate new content through social media, promotional event planning and brand advertisement.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas

Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.

What we're looking for

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.

Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy.

Sales experience in Telecom industry and ability to support sales initiatives.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.

Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign execution.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is a plus.

Good-to-Have Requirements:

Experience working with Australian B2B or B2C markets

Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)

Exposure to event marketing or PR campaigns
