We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Executive Management Team and lead marketing initiatives that drive growth and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving SCSB’s strategic and enrolment goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic & Stakeholder Engagement
Contribute to strategic goals as part of the Executive Management Team
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Represent the Institute at recruitment and education industry events
Identify opportunities to enhance both internal and external communication channels
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Plan, develop, and implement marketing and communications campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
Develop and execute monthly marketing plans to meet student enrolment and sales targets
Assist in the preparation and implementation of marketing objectives, strategies, and policies
Conduct regular market research, collect intelligence, and analyse trends to guide campaigns
Coordinate with admissions teams to align lead generation with campaign goals
Content & Brand Management
Create consistent and compelling messaging across all digital and print platforms
Design, develop, and oversee production of marketing materials and publications
Ensure all marketing outputs align with the Institute’s brand identity and visual guidelines
Oversee graphic design workflows and manage event marketing schedules
Liaise with designers, printers, and external agencies for branding and promotional materials
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and measure effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives
Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management review
Review and optimise ongoing marketing activities to maximise ROI
Event & Project Coordination
Organise and manage marketing-related events including open days and expos
Undertake ad hoc marketing projects as required by the Dean or Executive Team
What We're Looking For
A completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Full working rights in Australia
Minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, with a creative and analytical mindset
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, CRM systems)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
A proactive team player with a strategic outlook
