Marketing Manager – Pump Haircare (Sydney, NSW)

‘Pump Haircare’ is a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) & Salon haircare brand. Located in Chatswood, Sydney, the company is reshaping how people care for their hair. Our team blends science and creativity to deliver performance-driven natural haircare products that customers love.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and execution across all channels – D2C, Salon, and beyond.

About the Role

This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive growth, shape brand storytelling, and lead multi-channel campaigns. You'll manage everything from email flows and product launches to retail activations and influencer partnerships. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

💡 Marketing Strategy & Execution

· Own and execute the marketing strategy in line with product launches, sales cycles, and broader business goals.

· Lead the development of major brand campaigns and ensure timely delivery across all platforms and channels.

· Manage website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns through Shopify.

· Own Klaviyo set-up for flows, automations, and segmented email campaigns to drive customer retention and Lifetime Value (LTV).

📣 PR, Media & Partnerships

· Lead proactive media outreach, build relationships with beauty editors and influencers, and secure top-tier coverage.

· Manage brand collaborations, PR opportunities, and ambassador relationships.

· Work closely with Salon retail and wholesale partners to align on campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives.

🎨 Brand & Content Direction

· Define and protect brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

· Oversee creative assets, campaign briefs, packaging copy, and digital content to ensure consistent messaging.

· Collaborate across teams (creative, product, digital) to deliver cohesive and timely campaigns.

📊 Performance & Growth

· Analyse and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and digital KPIs.

· Identify opportunities for growth via testing, optimisation, and trend analysis.

· Stay on top of digital marketing trends, beauty industry shifts, and competitor activity.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Leadership & Collaboration

· Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with overall business strategy.

· Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across creative, content, and digital teams.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years in a marketing role, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or ecommerce

- Strong experience in campaign strategy, brand marketing, and digital platforms (Shopify & Klaviyo a must)

- A creative storyteller with an eye for design and detail

- Confident managing budgets, timelines, and performance reporting

- Proactive, agile, and solutions-oriented with a love for fast-paced environments
