The Position:
Interparcel is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility, SEO performance, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally-savvy marketer with 1–2 years of experience looking to take the next step in a well-rounded role.
Your primary focus will be email marketing, content writing (including blog and landing pages), SEO, blog management, partnership outreach, and PR support. You’ll also support social media and paid ads when needed and collaborate with our sales team to ensure marketing activities are aligned across departments.
This role is based in our Mascot, NSW office, with flexible work options, in-house training, and a fun, supportive environment with plenty of perks.
Your responsibilities will consist of (but are not limited to):
Build, send and optimise email marketing campaigns and automation flows.
Write clear, compelling content for blog articles, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
Manage the company blog: plan, coordinate, and update posts ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Conduct keyword research and optimise content for AI-powered search engines and SEO visibility.
Drive outreach efforts for guest blogging, affiliate relationships, and link-building partnerships.
Assist with public relations initiatives, including outreach and media engagement.
Analyse campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide relevant marketing support materials.
Support the social media and paid advertising team with copy or creative assets when required.
To be successful in your application you will meet the following criteria:
1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing, content, or communications role.
Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
Confidence in outreach, relationship building, and basic PR.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with reporting tools like Google Analytics.
Creative, organised, and motivated to continually improve skills and processes.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for digital marketing.
If you meet the above criteria and are eager to begin your new challenge, we want to hear from you. Only short-listed candidates will be considered and contacted.
This position will offer you diversity, challenges and invaluable career experience. This is definitely a position worth applying for if you are passionate, enthusiastic and you're seeking an opportunity to grow, be rewarded for it and join a team that encourages creativity and companionship.
Our priority is employee wellbeing so you will be joining a modern, open plan office containing a fitness centre, games room and multiple chillout rooms. Our office is close to all amenities and public transport.
