About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.

- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a marketing role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience in the technology sector is highly desirable.
