Established in 2016 in Sydney, Australia, Biotyspa is a beauty brand that creates Australian made skincare and bespoke tools for the face and the body, to perform the French lymphatic sculpting technique designed by its founder Deborah Levy. We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

This role is ideal for an experienced Marketing Specialist. Key responsibilities will include (but is not limited to):

Coordination of online profiles including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Google etc.

Maintaining brand look and feel across all channels

Drive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Copywriting for all marketing tactics including but not limited to paid ads, social media, email, website & all marketing collateral.

Monthly reporting on social media metrics.

Target audience analysis & identification per channel.

Conduct periodic market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.

Competitor landscape analysis.

Manage content and marketing calendar across the business.

Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.

Work closely with our PR team to coordinate press, media and influencer strategies.

Manage email campaigns, from content creation to performance analysis.

Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives to drive future strategy & content creation and engagement.

ABOUT YOU

2+ years experience in a marketing, social media or creative/content role.

Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.

Fun and energetic with excellent communication skills including copywriting.

Proficient in content creation, photography, videography, editing tools, marketing tools and analytics platforms.

High level attention to detail.

Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

Be a creative and strategic thinker, think outside the box. We’re a unique French Australian beauty brand selling globally.

Can take satisfaction from achieving an outcome. Enjoys working autonomously and diving into opportunities to make the role their own.

This role is not a typical 9-5 role, you’ll need flexibility to work outside standard hours. Must have a can-do attitude and be a quick learner. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
