About the Role:

• Lead and manage daily operations of a busy joinery workshop
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled cabinetmakers and assemblers

• Coordinate job flow by interpreting detailed shop drawings
• Liaise with project and site teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation

About You:

• Trade qualified in Cabinetmaking or Shopfitting
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a joinery or fitout workshop
• Deep understanding of high-end finishes and custom detailing
