We are looking to hire an experienced Site Foreman to assist us in delivering high quality residential and commercial work.

Qualification and Requirements

Proven local experience as a Site Foreman (carpentry trade qualification essential) in residential construction.

Role includes being 70% on the tools and 30% management

Strong understanding of site sequencing, short term programming and coordination

In depth knowledge of construction processes, codes and OH&S regulations and procedures

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Have a strong proactive approach to the construction process

Candidates must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilties

Responsible for the day to day running of the project on site with the ability to coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors and on-site team to ensure the smooth and efficient project delivery

Responsible for implementing OH&S on site

Monitor and maintain a high standard of quality throughout the construction process, documenting and conducting inspections and quality checks for key milestones

Work closely with the Project Manager by maintaining open and transparent communications, providing project updates, addressing concerns and ensuring the project is on track
