About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team at Anason in the heart of Sydney. As a casual role, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall kitchen operations.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our exacting standards

Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and workflows

Maintaining a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations

Collaborating with the team to ensure consistent and exceptional food quality

Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role

Strong working knowledge of Hospitality industry standards and best practices

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards

Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
