Casual position available with flexibility to cover sick leave and Annual leave

Morning Shift starts from 7:00am

Evening Shift ends at 7:15pm to 7:30pm

Weekends & Public Holidays shifts are 9:30am to 4:30pm

Modern, character-filled medical centre occupies two heritage-listed buildings, providing an inviting atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments.

Answer and respond to telephone/email enquiries courteously and professionally.

Accurately process patient payments via cash, EFTPOS, and direct bill transactions.

Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient personal and financial information.

Support the day-to-day operations of the medical centre and doctors.

Essential skills:

Willingness to learn the complex world of Primary Health

Flexible working hours (we are open 7days)

Excellent organisational and time management

High level of attention to details

Able to comprehend complex billing

Ability to Multi Task

Outstanding customer service skill

Ability to apply commercial knowledge to tasks

Computer skills

Basic Housekeeping Skill

Desirable:

Microsoft 365 knowledge

Finance/Compliance background

Customer centric work experience

MBS knowledge

Best Practice Software knowledge
