Highclere specialist Centre is seeking to recruit an experienced medical receptionist and join our friendly team. The centre is located in Marangaroo and opposite our General Practice which has been providing health care for the past 30 years.

The position is for a part-time medical receptionist with excellent communication skills. The role is for 3 full days per week equivalent to approximately 25 hours per week. The position also requires to cover for personal and annual leave whilst other staff members are away. There is also scope for additional hours to be added in the future.

Medical reception duties include booking patients, Medicare claiming, processing payments with EFTPOS and general administration duties.

The successful applicant must have completed a Medical Receptionist course with minimum one year experience. Knowledge with Pracsoft and Medical Director is preferable.
