Innaloo Medical Centre is a thriving, patient-focused general practice supported by a dedicated team of experienced GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the local community and are currently looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team.

📅 Rostered Hours (Non-Negotiable):

Monday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Tuesday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am – 1:00pm (paid at the higher weekend rate of $40.30 per hour)

✨ Your Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner

Manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling

Process patient payments and Medicare billings

Maintain the reception and waiting area to a high standard

Perform administrative tasks including scanning, faxing, filing, and mail management

Order and manage office supplies

Ensure patient confidentiality at all times

Follow clinic policies and procedures, reporting any issues as required

Assist with financial tasks such as day-to-day banking and reconciling records

Friendly and patient-centred approach

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Computer literacy essential; experience with Best Practice software preferred

Previous general practice experience highly regarded

Must have full working rights in Australia

Own reliable transport

Willingness to complete mandatory training and onboarding requirements
