About the role

Bluebird Homecare Pty Ltd is seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Brabham, WA, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the growth and expansion of our home care services. This is an exciting chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business prospects within the local community and wider region

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to effectively promote Bluebird Homecare's services to potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including aged care providers, community organisations, and individual clients

Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to win new business

Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth

Contribute to the overall business development and sales targets of the organisation

Management of all SMM

Websites development & management

Strong CRM.

Experience with Email marketing.

Experience Digital Marketing is a must

What we're looking for

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the home care or aged care industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure new business

Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities

Proficient in preparing professional proposals and presentations

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
