About the Position
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive with 1+ year of experience in marketing, business development in international education. The role involves managing student recruitment agent networks, supporting marketing campaigns, and driving growth in local and international markets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns aligned with business goals, including content creation and media placement.
- Analyse consumer trends and conduct market research to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Advise leadership on advertising strategies, product mix, pricing, and promotional activities to reach target markets.
- Develop and execute marketing policies and programs to drive institutional growth.
- Build and manage student recruitment agent relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and engagement.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven experience in advertising, media, or marketing.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, executives, and teams.
- Excellent project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Expertise in market research and analysing consumer trends.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for advertising and marketing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in business development, marketing, or international student recruitment, with exposure to agent network management.
- Strong knowledge of advertising, campaign planning, and consumer/market research.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination abilities.
- Skilled in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft 365, and basic data analysis platforms.
- Creative and proactive, with an understanding of TEQSA, CRICOS, and ESOS frameworks preferred.
