We are a well-established Leadership Development firm operating Australia-wide.
We are not a typical consulting firm.
We work with government (national, state, local), commercial (e.g., mining & resources, defence, construction, technology, professional services, manufacturing), and not for profit (healthcare, aged care, disability services) sectors.
We design bespoke leadership programs delivered by coaching, workshops and training using a suite of diagnostic tools to make lasting change.
We work with 100+ brilliant partners across Australia (coaches, facilitators and consultants) who deliver our programs, whom many have had significant leadership roles.

The Opportunity:
Integral is seeking a talented, proactive Marketing Associate to amplify our impact, grow our client base, and elevate our brand. You'll join a collaborative team, driving marketing initiatives from creative ideation through strategic execution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling written content (blogs, collateral, ads, social media posts) tailored to our diverse audiences.
Execute targeted nurture and specialised marketing campaigns to move leads through our sales funnel effectively.
Coordinate content calendars, website updates, and SEO optimization to ensure Integral remains front-of-mind for clients.
Plan and manage events, webinars, conferences, and campaigns to support business development goals.
Analyse performance metrics to optimize campaigns and support Integral’s growth strategy.
Innovate with technology and systems (including AI tools, Notion, CRM) to improve efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
You Are:
A skilled communicator with exceptional writing and content creation abilities.
Tech-savvy and system-oriented, with experience or interest in leveraging AI tools.
A proactive, self-starting individual comfortable taking ownership and initiative.
Creative and design-aware, able to craft visually compelling marketing materials.
Passionate about leadership development, professional growth, and helping others succeed.
You Have:
Demonstrable experience in marketing roles (2–5 years).
Strong capabilities in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for personal and professional development.
A bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent.
Role Structure & Flexibility:
The role can be structured as either full-time or part-time/fractional (2.5–4 days per week), depending on your experience and preference. Generally, we envision a full-time role for more junior candidates and a part-time arrangement for those with greater experience.
An attractive salary package (up to approximately $75K package) is available, with flexibility to accommodate the right candidate.
No contractors/agencies, we are looking for a long-term team member.
