What's on Offer

Salary $100-110k plus super + company car + laptop + mobile (subject to experience & knowledge)
*Construction & Waste Industry knowledge and experience required*

In order to be successful in this role we are seeking demonstrated experience and skills in the following areas:

A proven ability to grow existing business whilst hunting new business opportunities

Be accountable for the short and long-term strategic goals of the organization.

Continual market surveillance including tender activities and competitor reports.

Negotiation and conflict resolution both with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage time and competing priorities

Strong customer service ethics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office, Pipedrive CRM)

Proven experience in new business sales, not just account management

Working knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures

Proven experience with accurate planning and forecasting

Previous experience in waste industry

Current NSW Driver's license
