About the role:

Reporting to the Principal Property Officer, you will be responsible for handling more complex construction, modification, major renovations and/or repairs and maintenance of customer residences (including the management of external consultants) and provides guidance and support to Client Service Officers.

About you:

• A demonstrated ability to develop positive and effective working relationships, manage interdependencies and balance competing demands from various stakeholders across the business
• A strong understanding of Australian building standards
• Experience in coordinating the construction, modification, major renovations and repairs in properties.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in building, complex construction or project management and capacity to interpret and provide advice on building plans and specifications
• Capacity to manage external service providers in the construction, renovation and repairs of properties to meet the needs of customers, having regard to their specific needs
• Understanding of NSW government
• A NSW builders licence is preferred but not essential
