Property Manager

Join our clients team as a Property Manager/Maintenance Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and managing property-related activities, including repairs, maintenance, modifications, and customisations.

Details is as follows:

Location: Surry Hills, 2010

Hourly Rate: Approximately $46-$50/hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Casual ongoing with potential for permanent conversion

Start Times: Flexible - 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Weekend Work: On-call roster every few weeks, shared among 4-5 team members

Citizenship/Residency: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Experience: Local experience in a similar or equivalent role is required

Duties

Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and modifications for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties.

Maintain an up-to-date property database and manage project documentation.

Liaise with tenants, tradespeople, and external stakeholders to ensure properties remain safe, compliant, and tenant-focused.

Prepare and evaluate cost-effective property works proposals; manage budgets and invoicing.

Ensure building and asset compliance with relevant regulations and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in property/project management within development, maintenance, or refurbishment.

Exposure to working with people with disabilities is highly regarded.

Solid understanding of building regulations and compliance.

Strong organisational and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.

Budget management experience; White Card certification.

Additional Information:

Minimum three days per week in-office attendance required.

Interstate travel may be required.
