As the Marketing Manager at Barneys Salon Supplies, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, driving both our wholesale business and B2C channels with creativity, innovation, and strategic prowess. You will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers, crafting compelling campaigns, and leading a talented team to success.

Key Objectives:

Establish a formidable market presence and execute targeted marketing plans across diverse channels.

Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, fostering collaboration within the team.

Craft robust communication strategies aligned with our business goals.

Analyze customer insights, market trends, and best practices to drive success.

Create and maintain insightful analytics reports for future campaign enhancement.

Develop email, performance marketing, and web assets to complement monthly campaigns and nurture customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive marketing strategies across all facets of the business.

Innovate and execute new marketing initiatives with the support of our revamped website and internal processes.

Guide creative direction for various marketing communications.

Plan and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.

Manage SEO-optimized content and product updates.

Establish budget guidelines and document marketing processes.

Collaborate with external partners to create and develop assets.

Support the customer care team with customer-related communications.

Enhance educational course communication and generate leads.

Manage product packaging and communication assets.

Execute automated marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Identify and develop eCommerce initiatives to optimize conversions.

Leverage customer and market insights to enhance outreach strategies.

Monitor and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum effectiveness.

Collaborate with external agencies for digital needs.

Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Previous Marketing Management experience

Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Data-driven mindset with a touch of creativity.

Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.

Experience with Shopify Plus & Klaviyo

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft.

Knowledge of online marketing and social media strategy.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
