About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cadillac RV's team as Marketing & Social Media Manager. Based in Epping, Victoria, this is an onsite full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement for Cadillac RV, a leading provider of high-quality new caravans.

What you'll be doing

Manage and execute the company's social media presence across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Company website and LinkedIn

Create engaging, on-brand content (e.g. images, videos, posts) to increase reach and follower growth

Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and SEO

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts

Measure and report on marketing and social media metrics to track performance against KPIs

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's marketing strategy

Attend caravan shows to collect material to market and post

New caravan sales when needed

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in a marketing or social media management role, preferably within the caravan, retail or consumer goods industries

Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful social media and digital marketing campaigns

Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure and optimise campaign performance

Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools

A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute them effectively

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
