The Opportunity: Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Marketing Manager to join our Head Office team in Victoria. This is a unique chance to own and shape the marketing function as part of a dynamic and values-led business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct market and competitor research to identify insights and opportunities
Create annual marketing plans, campaign schedules, content strategies, and budgets
Campaign Management
Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, social, email, and events
Track, report, and optimise campaigns based on engagement, conversions, and ROI
Collaborate with internal teams and creatives to deliver high-impact assets
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Oversee digital platforms including website, SEO/SEM, and social media presence
Manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms to report on KPIs
Brand & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as brand guardian across all touchpoints and campaigns
Partner with internal departments (e.g. Sales, People & Culture, Operations) to support cross-functional initiatives
Manage external agency and vendor relationships
Event & PR Management
Plan and promote industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships
Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional content
Build and maintain PR networks with media and influencers
Team Leadership & Budget Oversight
Lead and develop junior marketing staff
Manage the marketing budget effectively and transparently
Set and monitor team KPIs aligned to business strategy
Participate in senior management strategic meetings
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated success in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking and project management abilities
Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign and HubSpot is a plus
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
