The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate is responsible for leading CQUniversity’s marketing, communication and brand strategy, including student recruitment campaigns, market research, and engagement with key influencers and prospective students.
As a key leader within the Marketing Automation and Nurture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the University’s approach to prospective student engagement and conversion. Your primary objective will be to design and implement targeted marketing automation campaigns, manage audience segmentation and lead nurturing programs, and oversee content development for email and digital channels. You will also provide strategic advice on CRM and automation systems, ensuring alignment with recruitment and brand goals.
We are seeking a proactive and strategic marketing professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Your ability to deliver data-driven strategies, manage diverse projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.

Position Requirements
Proven experience in developing and delivering inbound marketing and lead nurturing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and motivating staff across dispersed locations.
Expertise in using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo), CRM systems (e.g. Sugar CRM) and content management systems.
Ability to analyse marketing and recruitment data to provide insights and drive strategy, campaign optimisation and decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in content planning, creation and distribution across multiple platforms.
