Corporate Front-of-House & Events Coordinator

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
Be the welcoming face of the business, greeting high-net-worth clients with warmth, polish, and professionalism
Manage and coordinate in-house events – from catered boardroom lunches to elegant client cocktail evenings
Provide boardroom waiter service, barista-quality coffee, and manage catering (sandwiches, beverages, formal setups)
Oversee stock ordering, supplier relationships, and all hospitality supplies
Manage the event calendar, staying one step ahead of bookings and internal schedules
Support the finance team with SAP-based expense coding, reporting, and reconciliation
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Corporate Reception Team Leader
Stay organised and responsive using Office 365, Outlook, and Excel
Participate in regular 1:1s and benefit from structured support and professional development
💼 You’ll Bring
Experience in corporate front-of-house, luxury hospitality, or premium client-facing roles
Strong event coordination skills with the ability to take ownership and follow through
Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
Emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and professional presence
A polished appearance and a “no task too big or small” attitude
Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential
