What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Lead and inspire a team of dispatch staff to meet daily operational targets.

Coordinate the timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

Maintain strong communication between the warehouse, sales and management.

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Providing excellent customer service to our existing client base.

Re-ordering of stock responsibilities.

General warehousing forklift responsibilities.

About You:

Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse leadership role.

Industry experience favourably looked upon.

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

Highly regarded organisational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on the fly.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Proven customer service standards.

Forklift licence (LF) preferred.

Work schedule and your next move:

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm

Occasional Saturday’s 8:00am to 12:00pm
