Dental One is looking for a driven and experienced receptionist with strong people management skills to support our Area Managers in a second-in-charge (2IC) capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to step into a leadership support role.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a customer service or front office role (dental experience required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Leadership capabilities or interest in stepping into a 2IC role

Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy setting

A team player with a growth mindset and a proactive attitude
