Ensuring maintenance and oversight of property, vehicles, and other assets

Responding to infrastructure challenges, especially related to power and solar systems

Driving continuous improvement and workplace health and safety practices

About You

You’ll bring solid operational experience, ideally in financial management, human resources, or a related field. While formal qualifications in finance, HR, or business are highly regarded, we equally value practical experience and demonstrated capability.

Willingness to travel regularly for day and overnight trips (accommodation provided)

While not mandatory, the following will be highly regarded:

Familiarity with NT homelands and ORIC governance

Basic understanding of infrastructure, particularly power or solar systems

Proficiency in MYOB and digital systems

Experience working in or alongside Aboriginal Corporations

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into or grow within a senior leadership position while making a lasting difference in remote Aboriginal communities.
