The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer service-focused individuals to join our dedicated reception team.

Previous experience in a general practice environment is required (Medical Director and Best Practice software).

This position reports directly to the reception leader, practice manager, and practice owner. The successful applicant will be part of our team, providing excellent customer service to patients and administrative support to our healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for handling basic administrative tasks and customer service duties on a day-to-day basis.

This role offers flexible hours for young mothers and others seeking a career with shorter daily and weekly hours.

Training is provided, with a trial period of 2 weeks. If suitable, this role can be elevated to a full-time position.

Essential Experience & Qualities

Strong customer service skills.

Previous experience in a medical centre setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High standards of personal presentation.

Ability to work independently on various administrative tasks.

Good multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as a solo receptionist.

Flexibility to work on weekdays and, on occasion, weekends for 3-4 hours.

Proficient computer skills.

National Police Check needed.

Working with Children Check needed.
